Why Use Beermatt?

•    Beermatt is a new and innovative company that provides the link between local producers and consumers who are keen to reduce their food miles.
•    Beermatt also allows local producers to access and capitalise on the growth in demand for local produce
•    Personal service to supply locally produced drinks (Non-local drinks will be available when no suitable local alternative)
•    One point of contact to save time sourcing the local drinks.

 

 

Wedding / Party Sussex Bar Service.

Option 1 – Supply only
The cost of supplying just the beer is dependent on the quantities required but is approximately £100 per firkin (72 pints approx) plus refundable deposit (£20) on the barrels.  Lager will require setting up of a pressurised cooling system. The cost of a 50 Litre barrel (88 pints approx) is approximately £150 plus a deposit for the barrel and equipment (£20). Alternatively we can just supply bottles of lager.

Option 2 – Full Bar Service “Free Bar”
The costs of a full bar service depends on whether you wish to offer a “free bar” to your friends and family- in this instance you bear the cost of the drinks you require. There will also be a cost for the staff and licence. For 150 people we would expect to supply 3 bar staff and the cost would be £240 for an evening including licence fee.

Option 3 – Full Bar Service “Guest`s pay for their own drinks”
If you would like your guests to pay for their own drinks then the costs are likely to be fully met by the bar and there will be no charge to you.  Bar prices are in line with prices paid in local pubs, if not cheaper.

Option 4 – Limited Free Bar service
A combination of options 2 and 3, you set the limit and after this amount has been taken over the bar, the guests will then pay for their own drinks as per option 3.

Each week choos a different local draught ale delivered to your door on Thursday evening, please see below schedule for the upcoming weeks.

26th Jan 2012 – Dark Star Hophead 2 pints £6, 4 Pints £11, 8 pints £20 or 5L Minikeg (8.8 pints) £20

2nd Feb 2012 – New Beer !!!! Dark Star Revelation 2 pints £7, 4 pints £14, 8 pints £24.50, 5L Minikeg £24, 10L Minipin £42.25, 20L polypin £75.65

9th Feb 2012 – Kissingate Black Cherry mild 4 pints £12, 8 pints £21, 10L Minipin £39.00

16th Feb 2012 – New Dark Star Beer – TBC likely to be Golden Gate £12.50 for 4 pints, £24 for 8 pints or Mini Keg £23, 10L minipin £40, 20L polypin £68
