Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is a polypin ?

A: A polypin is a plastic container inside a cardboard outer which contains real ale as you get in the pub.  Very much like the wine in a box but bigger and can be supplied with or without sediment.  These are available in 10L or 20L containers.  Do you want to see more click here and view you tube video

Q: What is the difference between Bright and with sediment polypins ?

A: Bright beer has no sediment and is ready to serve but will only last for 2-3 days, Polypins are available bright upon request but as standard we recommend with sediment.  Polypins with sediment will give you pub quality real ale for 10 - 14 days, these will need 24 hours after delivery for the beer to settle.
