Mobile Bar Hire

Do you want something different than mainstream lagers and smoothflow bitter for you event ?

Are you disappointed when you have a great meal with fantastic food only to have a limited choice of tasteless lagers and bitters ? If yes, then we are the bar for you, offering a wide choice of local ales, ciders and award winning Sussex sparkling wines, there is even a Sussex Lager to choose. Prices are the same as the major brands and sometimes cheaper but the quality is far better.

We provide a fully licensed mobile bar for any event including Weddings, Christenings, private parties, corporate functions, Town days, Summer festivals, Food and drink festivals plus many more.

Below are our standard options but we are more than happy to discuss with you any special requirements which you may have.

Option 1 – Supply only No Fee
The cost of supplying just the beer is dependent on the quantities required but is approximately £110 per firkin (72 pints approx) plus refundable deposit (£20) on the barrels. Alternatively you can go for polypins, these are recommended in most cases as they are easier to handle and do not have a deposit.

Option 2 – Full Bar Service “Free Bar” £100 cost (including Licence fee)
All drinks at the event free for guests and at the end of the event you pay the bill.

Option 3 – Full Bar Service “Guest`s pay for their own drinks” £100 cost (including Licence fee)
If you would like your guests to pay for their own drinks then the only cost to you is the £100 booking fee.

Option 4 – Limited Free Bar service £100 cost (including Licence fee)
A combination of options 2 and 3, you set the limit and after this amount has been taken over the bar, the guests will then pay for their own drinks as per option 3.

Option 5 - Set price per head from £20 (other price options available for specific requirements)
From just £20 per head we can offer a free bar for the whole evening, price includes welcome drink (Pimms, Prosecco or Fruit Juice) selection of ales, cider, lager, premium spirits, shots and wine.

Option6 - Just Bar Hire and member of staff
Prices start from £150 for hire of the bar unit and 1 member of staff for 4 hours, you supply the drinks and we supply the staff and bar.

Our Experience
